Position: Electrical Wiring Technician / Panel Wiring Technician

Job Responsibilities

- Electrical wiring for SPM machines and automation systems.
- Panel wiring, control panel assembly and electrical component connections.
- Wiring of PLC panels, sensors, relays, contactors, SMPS, MCBs and terminal blocks.
- Machine-side wiring and cable dressing.
- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.
- Cable crimping, ferruling, termination and proper wire identification.
- Perform continuity testing and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Support machine installation, testing and commissioning.
- Identify and rectify wiring-related faults during machine trials.




- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain positive housekeeping.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of industrial electrical wiring.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of cable termination, ferruling and crimping.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- SPM / automation machine wiring experience will be an advantage.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma – Electrical / EEE / Electronics
- Experience: 1–5 years preferred.
