Job Summary
Responsible for managing production floor operations, manpower, productivity, and compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and allocate manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee performance of team.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, 5S, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance.
- Monitor material and machine availability.
- Ensure line clearance, cleanliness, and proper documentation.
- Report breakdowns, deviations, and quality issues.
- Train and guide production and Filling staff.
- Prepare daily production reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm preferred.
- Positive manpower and team-management skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
