Senior Advocate – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Advocate with 5–7 years of relevant experience to handle legal matters, documentation, litigation, compliance, and property-related legal processes.

Please Note: Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate Industry will be considered.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling Revenue Court matters
- Ability to prepare and review Title Search Reports
- Prior experience in Property Document Registration
- Robust knowledge of RERA and applicable real estate laws and regulations
- Experience in handling Criminal, Consumer, and Arbitration proceedings
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Good understanding of property laws, real estate documentation, and legal procedures
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters efficiently




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Handling legal matters related to real estate projects and properties
- Conducting legal due diligence and reviewing property documents
- Preparing and reviewing Title Search Reports
- Handling RERA-related matters and ensuring legal compliance
- Coordinating and assisting with property registration and documentation
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and contracts
- Representing the company in relevant legal proceedings and coordinating with external legal professionals when required

Job Details

Location: Pune Camp, Pune
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: As per experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
