Job Description

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to handle customer interactions and drive sales within the showroom. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and perks.
- Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Generate sales and achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, complaints, exchanges, and returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant products and accessories.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability and arrange replenishment.
- Assist with POS billing, payment collection, and sales documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer details, and follow-up records.
- Keep updated on product launches, competitor offerings,



and market trends.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, Marketing, Retail Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Showroom Sales, Retail Sales, Sales Executive, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Presentable personality with a positive and sales-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
