Group Landmark is hiring for Telecaller at Ahmedabad.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Caller to join our automobile dealership team. The Sales Caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote vehicle sales, schedule appointments, follow upon leads, and support the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Answer inbound inquiries and provide information about vehicles, offers, anddealership services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles.
- Schedule appointments for test drives, showroom visits and home visit appointments.
- Update and maintain customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement.




- Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th grade (high school) or equivalent; graduate preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred(automotive industry is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, punctual and self-motivated.

Working Hours:

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
