We are looking for a Visa Filing Officer to manage and coordinate visa application processes for clients. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing documents, preparing visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and coordinating with clients and relevant visa authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end visa application filing and documentation.
- Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with visa requirements.
- Prepare and complete visa application forms and supporting documents.
- Verify information before submission and identify missing or incorrect documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and provide updates on their applications.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, documents, appointments, and submission status.
- Schedule visa appointments,



biometrics, and interviews where applicable.
- Track application progress and communicate status updates to clients.
- Stay updated on changes to visa requirements, application procedures, and immigration policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documents.
- Follow company policies and ensure all applications are submitted honestly and accurately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
