Position: Quality Executive

Location: Narela Delhi

Experience: 3+ years of experience in dry fruits or in FMCG

JD:

- Conduct quality inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
- Perform sampling, testing, and inspection as per defined quality parameters.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Monitor personal hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping practices on the production floor.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
- Conduct regular checks of product weight, appearance, moisture, packaging, labeling,



and other applicable parameters.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, GMP, and food safety practices.
- Handle customer complaints and support investigation of quality-related issues.
- Assist in internal audits, external audits, and compliance activities.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control and traceability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, wastage, and quality deviations.
