Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented International Voice Process Associate to join our NRI Process team.

The associate will be responsible for handling NRI customers through calls and emails, verifying customer documents, resolving queries, and coordinating with internal teams for timely completion of customer requests.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good customer-handling ability, and strong attention to detail while performing document verification.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with NRI / international customers professionally.
- Provide customer support and resolve queries related to their requests and services.
- Verify customer documents and information as per company process and guidelines.
- Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and validity.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and communicate the requirements to customers.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls and professional emails.
- Draft clear, accurate, and professional emails regarding document requirements, status updates, and query resolution.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents or additional information.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Compliance, Finance, and other relevant departments.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems/CRM.




- Ensure customer requests are processed within defined TAT/SLA.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, data confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling sensitive customer information.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO, International Voice Process, Customer Service, Customer Support, or similar profile.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling international/NRI customers will be preferred.
- Good email drafting and professional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and document verification ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, CRM, and web-based applications.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
