Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Funding Intelligence: Identify and track national and international funding opportunities, maintain a centralized funding database, and disseminate relevant calls to faculty.

Opportunity & Proposal Management: Match funding opportunities with faculty expertise and institutional priorities, and manage proposal tracking from identification to outcome.

Proposal Quality: Develop evaluation metrics, coordinate internal reviews, and provide feedback to improve proposal quality and competitiveness.

Research Analytics: Develop KPIs, dashboards, benchmarking frameworks, and strategic reports to support data-driven institutional decision-making.

Knowledge Management:



Build and maintain a centralized repository of institutional research information, including proposals, projects, publications, expertise, collaborations, and infrastructure.

AI & Automation: Develop AI-enabled tools for funding discovery, faculty–opportunity matching, proposal assessment, deadline tracking, analytics, and knowledge retrieval.

Strategic Intelligence: Analyse funding trends, proposal outcomes, and research performance to generate actionable recommendations for improving research competitiveness.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with faculty, research centres, administrative teams, and technology teams to implement and continuously improve RIKMS

Preferred Experience & Skills

Experience in research management, programme management, proposal development, funding intelligence, institutional analytics, or knowledge management. Solid analytical, communication, technical writing, and coordination skills.

Familiarity with research databases, bibliometric tools, Power BI/data analytics, AI-enabled research tools, or automation platforms will be an added advantage.

Duration: Initially one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements
