Job Overview:

H&S; Immigration is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Counsellor to guide clients through the process of study visas, visitor visas, and permanent residency applications. You will assess client profiles, suggest suitable countries/programs, and provide end-to-end support .

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and clients about immigration and study abroad options (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
- Assess clients' eligibility based on academic and financial background
- Guide applicants on admission and visa processes
- Assist in preparing documentation and application files
- Stay updated on immigration rules and program changes
- Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions
- Coordinate with admission officers and filing teams for smooth processing
- Build trust with clients and offer honest, professional advice

Required Qualifications:

- Graduation in any stream (preferred: counseling, education, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration or education consultancy
- Valuable communication skills in English,



Hindi, and Punjabi
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements
- Basic computer and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to handle calls and meet monthly targets
- Confidence in dealing with clients over phone
- Attention to detail for documentation and application accuracy
- Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure
