Alltake is looking for a creative, confident, and proactive PR Executive to join our team!

We are looking for someone who enjoys writing, communicating, building relationships, and creating opportunities for brands to be seen and heard.

What You'll Do Content & Campaign Management

- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, guest articles, and interview content
- Create PR content aligned with campaign and business objectives
- Maintain a content calendar for interviews, podcasts, guest articles, and thought leadership opportunities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure PR activities align with business goals

Media Relations

- Build and maintain a database of journalists, editors, influencers, and relevant media contacts
- Research and identify relevant publications and media opportunities
- Build relationships with media professionals and industry publications
- Pitch stories, interviews, expert commentary, and other relevant opportunities
- Respond to media requests professionally and on time

Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain trackers for PR content, media coverage, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with SEO, Digital, and other internal teams to align messaging




- Ensure all PR submissions are accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand communication
- Track media coverage, PR opportunities, and campaign performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and share insights for improvement

Who We're Looking For

- Freshers with a strong interest in Public Relations, Media, Communications, or Content are welcome
- Candidates with prior PR, Media Relations, Content, or Communications experience will be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English writing and editing skills
- Confident personality with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Good research and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Education

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Background in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related fields is an advantage
