We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident, ambitious, and passionate about connecting with business owners and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for bringing new business opportunities to Joyin Media.

Your role will involve prospecting, contacting businesses, understanding their needs, introducing our services, booking business growth audits, following up with prospects, and closing deals.

You will work closely with the Founder/Strategist and Operations Manager throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential business clients.
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Contact business owners and decision-makers professionally.
- Understand the prospect's business, challenges, and marketing needs.
- Introduce Joyin Media and our Free Business Growth Audit.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, urgency, and potential.
- Schedule audit/strategy meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Coordinate proposals and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate professionally and help close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Update the CRM/pipeline every day.
- Track prospects from first contact until closing.
- Coordinate successful client handover to the Operations Manager.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to management.

- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or digital marketing sales is preferred.
