Senior Project Manager – Finance, Administration & Project Cost ControlRole Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take overall responsibility for managing the company’s project-related operations, including staff, accounts, administration, project cost management, fund management, and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management and coordination of construction projects.
- Manage and supervise project staff and ensure proper allocation of responsibilities.
- Oversee project-related accounts, expenses, payments, and financial requirements.
- Monitor project costs and ensure expenses remain within the approved budget.
- Manage project funds and ensure proper and efficient utilization of available funds.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash-flow requirements, and cost projections.
- Track actual project costs against planned costs and identify any major variations.
- Coordinate with accounts and finance teams regarding project payments, collections, and fund requirements.
- Manage project administration and ensure proper documentation and records.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor construction progress, project expenditure, manpower,



materials, and resources.
- Identify project-related financial, operational, and construction issues and take corrective action.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress, costs, funds, staff, and overall performance.
- Ensure effective coordination between the project, finance, accounts, administration, and management teams.
- Take responsibility for the overall financial and operational performance of the project.

Required Experience

- Strong experience in construction and project management.
- Good knowledge of project costing, accounts, fund management, and administration.
- Experience managing staff and coordinating multiple teams.
- Ability to understand construction-related costs, budgets, and project requirements.
- Robust organizational, financial, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities and report directly to senior management.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and other locations as required.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
