The role involves assisting walk-in customers, showcasing products, and achieving showroom sales targets. Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
- Present and explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s furniture collections and promotions.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining showroom displays and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Stay updated with current market trends and competitor products.
