Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant Cum Manager for a Car Décor / Automotive Accessories business.

The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting as well as overall store/office management activities. The role will involve managing the process from customer requirement and quotation preparation to finalization, billing, payment follow-up, and completion of the transaction.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of car décor products, automotive accessories, and related equipment so that they can understand customer requirements and coordinate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, payment, and receipt records.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, bills, and other financial documents.
- Handle cash and bank transactions and maintain proper records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collection.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and other parties regarding payments and accounts.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and basic compliance activities.
- Prepare regular accounting and financial reports for management.
- Handle accounting software such as Tally or other relevant software.

Managerial & Operational Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the business.




- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding pricing and services.
- Follow up with customers from quotation stage to finalization.
- Coordinate with the installation/technical team for customer requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders and services.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for required materials and equipment.
- Monitor stock of car décor accessories and equipment when required.
- Resolve basic customer and operational issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, accounts, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Monitor daily work progress and provide updates to management.

Car Décor / Automotive Knowledge

The candidate should have basic knowledge of car décor and automotive accessories/equipment.

Knowledge of products such as:

- Car infotainment systems
- Android screens / multimedia systems
- Speakers and audio systems
- Reverse cameras
- Parking sensors
- Car lighting/accessories
- Seat covers and interior accessories
- Car wrapping / detailing-related products
- Other automotive electrical and décor equipment

Detailed technical knowledge is not mandatory, but the candidate should be able to understand different car accessories/equipment and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
