Job Summary:

Acadome Educational Institution is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Accounting Faculty to train students in industry-relevant accounting software and concepts. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in courses such as Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Odoo, Zoho Books, and Xero, along with guiding students through internship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality training in accounting software including Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Odoo, Zoho Books, and Xero
- Teach fundamental and advanced accounting concepts with real-world applications
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students
- Guide and mentor students during internship programs
- Assist students in project work and final presentations
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in accounting software and practices
- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports




- Support placement and career guidance activities when required

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field
- Certification or hands-on experience in Tally Prime, SAP FICO, Odoo, Zoho Books, or Xero
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting

Skills Required:

- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Practical knowledge of accounting software
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students
- Robust interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Organizational and time management skills

Experience:

- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting/software training
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply

Additional Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with academic and internship teams
- Participate in curriculum development and updates
