About the role

We are a current food business focusing on ragi-based products and online sales. We are looking for a motivated and responsible person who can support our day-to-day business operations and help us build our online presence.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
- Communicate with customers in Kannada, English and Hindi.
- Maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets records.
- Support product listings on online marketplaces.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Maintain stock and sales records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners.
- Contact potential customers and retailers.
- Follow up with leads and customer enquiries.
- Support product packaging, documentation and other business activities.
- Learn and support the online selling process.
- Prepare simple daily and weekly reports.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Kannada, English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Previous e-commerce, sales, FMCG or food-product experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will have a short phone interview followed by a practical interview covering communication, computer skills and customer handling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
