- Education: Degree / Diploma/ ITI in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation) or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience: 0–2+ years in industrial technical sales, ideally within Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Utilities and In Industrial safety products.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of sensor technologies (PID, IR, Electrochemical) and industrial protocols (Modbus, HART) .
- Skills: Solid "value-based" selling ability; capable of presenting to both site engineers and C-suite executives.
- Travel: Ability to travel to client sites for technical audits and demonstrations.

- Sales Target Attainment: Meeting or exceeding Monthly / Annual revenue quotas.
- Solution Accuracy: Precision in system design reducing post-installation technical debt.
- Pipeline Velocity: Efficiently moving projects from "Site Survey" to "Contract Signed."
