Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations based on customer RFQs, drawings and specifications.

Analyse BOQ, BOM, drawings and technical specifications to determine material and manufacturing requirements.

Calculate material costs for castings, forgings, plates, pipes, fittings, machining and fabrication.

Estimate labour, machining, fabrication, testing, inspection, painting/coating, packing and logistics costs.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers for raw materials, castings, machining and bought-out components.

Maintain and update material and process cost databases.

Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, QC and Sales teams to finalize accurate costing.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising technical requirements.

Prepare cost sheets, commercial offers and quotation breakdowns.

Review historical orders and actual manufacturing costs to improve estimation accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
