About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers over the phone, explain car models and their specifications, highlight comparisons with other models, communicate benefits, and close sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers.
- Clearly explain preowned car features and advantages.
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer data.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Share feedback with the sales team to improve processes.

Requirements

- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
- Fluency in Malayalam.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
