We’re looking for a smart, proactive and business-minded candidate who can take ownership of our new fencing vertical, MM Fence, and help us build it into a strong and profitable business.

About Us

We are a 30-year-old wire mesh manufacturing company and one of Central India’s established manufacturers in the mesh industry.

Our product range includes wire mesh, welded mesh, chain link fencing, barbed wire, razor wire and other fencing solutions.

With MM Fence, we are now focusing specifically on the fencing market and looking for someone who can take this vertical forward.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

1. Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities in the fencing market.
- Develop dealers, distributors, contractors and institutional customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, calling, networking and digital channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Explore new markets and territories for expansion.

2. Fencing Sales

- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right fencing solution.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track enquiries from the initial discussion to order closure and payment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat business.

4. Market Development

- Study local fencing demand, competitors and pricing.
- Identify high-potential sectors such as agriculture,



farms, construction, industrial sites, warehouses, schools and infrastructure projects.
- Find recent applications and customer segments for our fencing products.
- Gather market feedback and communicate it to management.

5. Business Ownership

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day growth of the MM Fence vertical.
- Set monthly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, sales, market visits and business opportunities.
- Identify problems independently and suggest practical solutions.
- Work closely with management to develop pricing, distribution and market strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with a fancy qualification.

We’re looking for someone who is smart, hungry to learn, confident with people and willing to take ownership.

You should ideally have:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- A sales or business development mindset.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Basic understanding of Excel, WhatsApp and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- The curiosity to understand products, customers and the market.
- Experience in fencing, construction, hardware, steel, wire products or industrial sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
