WE’RE HIRING | MERCHANDISER – FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY

Location: Chandigarh / Mohali
Experience: Relevant experience in the Footwear Industry only

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser with robust knowledge of the footwear business to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the merchandising process from product development to final production
- Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, and sales teams
- Plan and manage product ranges, collections, and assortments
- Monitor samples, product development, timelines, and approvals
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for timely production
- Track orders, inventory, stock requirements, and deliveries
- Analyse sales and market trends to support product planning
- Ensure products meet required quality, design, pricing, and commercial standards
- Maintain accurate product and merchandising reports




- Ensure timely execution of seasonal collections and new launches

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory experience in the Footwear Industry
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in footwear
- Strong understanding of footwear products, materials, construction, and production processes
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple products and timelines simultaneously
- Commercially aware with a strong eye for product and market trends
