Role Description:-

 Design and deliver sales training programs for new and existing employees.

 Conduct product knowledge, communication, negotiation, and sales process training sessions.

 Assess training needs by evaluating sales performance and identifying skill gaps.

 Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.

 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.

 Coach and mentor sales team members to improve performance and productivity.





 Collaborate with sales managers to align training programs with business goals.

 Organize refresher training sessions and workshops on new products or sales strategies.

 Track employee progress and maintain training records and reports.

Qualification:-

 Strong Presentation and Sales Training skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.

 Expertise in Training & Development, including assessing needs and creating tailored learning plans.

 Excellent Communication skills with an ability to engage diverse teams effectively.

 Proficiency in Customer Service skills to enhance sales strategies and team interactions with clients.

 Prior experience in coaching sales teams and evaluating performance is highly beneficial.

 Working knowledge of the fleet management, logistics, or technology industry is a plus.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.

 A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.28 per year
