The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing hotel inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, conducting stock audits, and ensuring proper storage of food, beverage, housekeeping, and operational supplies. The role is critical for maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing wastage.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all incoming materials and supplies.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.

Issue materials to departments against approved requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and inform management about re-order requirements.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.

Ensure proper storage and FIFO (First In First Out) practices.

Coordinate with the Purchase Department for receiving goods.

Check invoices, delivery challans, and stock entries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of store areas.

Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management.

Requirements

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
