Assistant Store Manager – Store Department

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store operations, including material inward/outward, inventory updates, documentation, stock movement, and scrap records. The role requires maintaining accurate records in IMS, FMS and Google Forms and coordinating with internal departments for smooth material management.

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate
Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily material inward & outward entries in IMS, FMS and Google Forms.
- Maintain records of material movement, stock, unloading and material issues.
- Ensure proper storage and placement of materials.
- Maintain scrap records, including job-wise copper scrap details.
- Handle plant & machinery material records and documentation.
- Submit bills and supporting documents to the Accounts Department.




- Maintain accurate physical and digital store records.
- Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Purchase and other departments for material-related activities.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets/Forms and Inventory Management.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of Store/Inventory experience preferred.

Reporting Structure

- Reports to: Store Manager

Timing

- Day/Night (Rotational Shift)
- 9:00am to 6:30pm (Day)
- 5:30pm to 2am (night)

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
