We are looking for an Operations & Marketing Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Clean7 and support business growth.

The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, staff coordination, customer service, marketing activities and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and service operations.
- Coordinate with staff, delivery executives and service teams.
- Monitor customer bookings, pickup and delivery operations.
- Ensure proper service quality and timely completion of orders.
- Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily records of orders, sales, expenses and other operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure availability of required materials.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate current customers.
- Manage social media and coordinate with the digital marketing team.
- Develop local partnerships and business opportunities.
- Monitor sales, customer acquisition and marketing performance.




- Prepare basic daily and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure company processes and service standards are properly followed.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, marketing, sales or a similar role. fresher also may apply
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in operations, marketing, sales or service-based businesses will be preferred.
