- Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
- Lead and manage the F&B; team during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and quick order delivery.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.
- Maintain stock, inventory, and wastage control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, operations, and management teams.
- Train and guide new team members.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of F&B; counters.

Requirements

- Previous experience in F&B;, café, restaurant, or cinema operations preferred.
- Positive leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in shifts.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and customer service.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
