Job Description:

Content Writing & Production

- Write explicit, engaging, and SEO-friendly content including blog posts, articles, news pieces, written interviews, and editorial features for Edgelinking’s B2B publication network.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different publications and target audiences (MarTech, HR Tech, AI, AdTech, FinTech).
- Research industry topics, trends, and news to produce timely, accurate, and relevant content.
- Write and format social media captions, email newsletters, and short-form content to support distribution across channels.

Research & Editorial Support

- Conduct background research for articles, interviews, and editorial briefs using credible B2B and industry sources.
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating written interviews with industry professionals and subject matter experts.
- Support the editorial team in maintaining a consistent publishing calendar across publications.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and brand voice before publication.

SEO & Content Optimization

- Apply basic on-page SEO principles — keyword integration, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking — to all written content.
- Work with the digital team to optimize existing content for improved organic search performance.
- Maintain awareness of trending keywords and topics within assigned publication verticals.

Collaboration & Workflow

- Coordinate with the design, social media,



and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with campaign objectives and visual assets.
- Follow editorial guidelines, brand voice documents, and content templates to maintain consistency across all output.
- Manage assigned content tasks within deadlines using project management or editorial tools.
- Be open to feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain a high output volume without sacrificing quality.

Qualifying criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, blogging, or editorial work (internships and freelance work count).
- Strong written English with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and engagingly across different formats.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and how content supports organic visibility.
- Genuine interest in B2B technology, marketing, HR, or fintech — familiarity with at least one of Alltake's publication verticals is a plus.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics quickly and translate complex ideas into accessible content.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple content pieces simultaneously.
- Familiarity with WordPress or any CMS for content publishing is an advantage.
- A writing portfolio or samples (college articles, blog posts, internship work) is required at the time of application.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
