Master - Pattern Maker cum Cutter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Master Pattern Maker cum Cutter who can develop patterns manually, supervise garment fitting, and perform fabric cutting for both single-piece sample development and bulk production as per approved patterns and production requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Create master patterns based on sketches, samples, and measurements.
- Analyse garment construction and fitting requirements.
- Conduct pattern corrections and alterations after fit trials.
- Plan and execute fabric cutting with minimum wastage.
- Ensure accuracy in pattern measurements and cutting.
- Guide tailors, sample makers, and production teams regarding pattern and fit requirements.
- Maintain quality standards during pattern making and cutting processes.
- Coordinate with merchandising, design,



and production departments.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment fitting, and cutting.
- Ability to create patterns manually.
- Experience in handling single-piece sample development as well as bulk production cutting.
- Understanding of different fabrics and garment construction techniques.
- Positive problem-solving and team coordination skills.

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Pattern Maker/Cutter in the men's wear garment industry, with hands-on experience in both single-piece sample development and bulk production.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
