We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team in the field of AI

and Data Analytics. In this role, you will help shape and optimize technical and

administrative processes using modern technologies, analytics solutions, and agentic

systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement a variety of AI and data analytics use cases to automate

administrative and technical processes.

Develop source-code and low-code solutions.

Present and communicate project outcomes and insights.

Draft and design conceptual frameworks to solve complex assignments.

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned use cases—from initial concept,

implementation, and documentation through to final handover and presentation.

Independently develop innovative solution approaches.

Collaborate within the team to implement multi-agent systems and advanced

analytics solutions.

Work effectively inside an international team environment.

Your Technical Profile

Strong programming skills in Python

Basic knowledge of JavaScript

Basic knowledge of Docker

Familiarity with REST APIs / JSON is a plus

Basic knowledge of the development, deployment, and operation of various

LLMs / Foundation Models (both local and public)

Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and access management is a

plus

Experience evaluating LLM outputs (automated and manual) is a plus

Experience monitoring model drift, hallucinations, and overall system quality

is a plus

Knowledge of test automation is a plus

Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering





Basic knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Basic knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Qdrant)

Basic knowledge of SQL / relational databases

Familiarity with n8n or a similar low-code workflow orchestration tool is a plus

Basic knowledge of Ubuntu Linux

Basic knowledge of DevOps / CI/CD pipelines

Basic knowledge of ETL processes

 Familiarity with Git is a plus

 Basic knowledge of FastAPI

 Knowledge of statistics and classical Machine Learning is a plus

 Basic knowledge of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) /

fine-tuning Foundation Models

 Experience with Azure Entra ID and connecting Azure services with n8n is a plus

 Experience in system integration is a plus

Experience in OCR, audio, and image processing is a plus

Familiarity with building data models is a plus

Basic knowledge of data quality analysis

Your Personal Profile

Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Engineering, Business with

a focus on data processing, or a comparable field.

High motivation and passion for AI topics.

Experience working in agile project environments.

A strong team player with an independent and proactive working style.

Excellent English skills (both written and spoken, minimum C1 level).

Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, energetic

technology landscape.
