JOB SCOPE:

Manage all the Inward, Outward, Entries in system, stockkeeping, cycle count and distribution of Stocks as per standards and process laid by company.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handling day-to-day store operations and issues with internal teams – procurement, Project and Operation.

2. Co-ordination with internal team Procurement & Design for using the existing inventories.

3. Manage the proper inventory for all capex at all centres within cities/Region

4. Repair/Replacement of damages materials within warranty period and out of warranty.

5. Quality Checking of Import Materials, stock from move-out clients and before issuing to projects for new client.

6. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers, cycle counts and audit.

7. Arrangement of documents- Delivery Challan, tax Invoice and Waybill from account team for internal movement.

8. Process Implementations and return of defective or expired items.





9. Develop the new vendors – Tranporter and Labors provider

10. Accurate and Timely MIS & Reports to Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or related field is required

Familiar with MS Office and Inventory Management Software’s

Knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLED REQUIRED

5+ years of experience in the Inventory Handling or warehouse management

Positive Communication skill

Decision making and problem-solving skills

Works well with a team
