- Precision Cleaning Process Control: Operate and control the precision cleaning process per approved work instructions, keeping all parameters within specified limits.
- Chemical Process Management: Monitor and maintain chemical baths – temperature, contamination levels, bath life, replenishment, and periodic testing – for consistent process performance.
- Cleanroom Operations: Ensure cleaning, inspection, handling, and packing activities are carried out inside the Class 1000 (ISO Class 6) cleanroom in line with contamination control and gowning requirements.
- Inspection, Packaging & Dispatch: Verify component cleanliness, perform final inspection, package parts using approved cleanroom methods, and prepare products for shipment per customer requirements.
- Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Ensure the precision cleaning line, cleanroom equipment, UPW system,



drying systems, instruments, fixtures, and tooling are maintained through preventive maintenance and timely reporting of issues.
- Documentation & Record Control: Maintain daily production records, process logs, chemical analysis records, equipment checklists, environmental monitoring records, and other QMS documentation accurately and on time.
- Quality & Customer Compliance: Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, approved process documentation, contamination control practices, safety procedures, and applicable quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
