Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.

* Maintain accurate records of company expenses and income.

* Handle bank reconciliation and regular transaction verification.

* Track outstanding payments and coordinate with clients/vendors when required.

* Assist in monthly salary and payroll-related calculations.

* Maintain employee expense and reimbursement records.

* Prepare basic financial reports and statements for management.

* Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.

* Maintain proper documentation of financial records and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with CA/auditor for taxation, compliance, and financial documentation.

* Ensure accounting data is accurate and updated on time.

* Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills





* 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant.

* Valuable knowledge of basic accounting principles.

* Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.

* Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

* Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.

* Good numerical and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience working in an IT company or service-based company will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of payroll and employee attendance records is preferred.

* Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities.

* Responsible, organized, and deadline-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
