Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and perks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Handle disciplinary matters and grievance procedures in coordination with management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based or hybrid role, depending on company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
