About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Last Mile Operations Executive to manage and streamline the final stage of the order fulfilment process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with courier partners, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations for customer orders.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for dispatch, tracking, and delivery execution.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and escalations.
- Ensure timely order processing, dispatch planning, and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure inventory readiness.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, delivery reports, and operational dashboards.




- Handle customer delivery-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Follow up with courier partners on RTOs, NDRs, lost shipments, and proof of deliveries.
- Analyse logistics performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with sales, client servicing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or last-mile delivery management.
- Robust understanding of courier operations and shipment lifecycle management.
- Experience working with logistics partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and order management systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
