- Operating Systems: Basic understanding and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11.
- Hardware Knowledge: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot standard desktop and laptop hardware components.
- Networking Basics: Fundamental understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Software & Applications: Familiarity with standard software installations, Office 365, and email client configuration.
- Soft Skills: Good communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively assist end-users.
Essential Skills and Requirements
- BE / BTECH, BSC Computer Science or any other IT and Tech Related Graduation / Post Graduation Degree
- Openness to work in shift / weekend working patterns as per the shift roaster decided by the IT Manager
