Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished spice products to ensure quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical tests such as moisture, bulk density, mesh size, and foreign matter analysis.
- Conduct chemical analysis including pH, and other quality parameters.
- Record and maintain test results and laboratory documentation.
- Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and food safety requirements.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Report non-conforming results to the Quality Manager.
- Follow Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety procedures.
- Assist in internal audits and quality improvement activities.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
