Job Summary

Arihannt Diamond Institute (ADI) is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our diamond and jewellery-related courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain institute courses, curriculum, fees, duration, and career opportunities clearly to students.
- Understand the student's requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
- Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.
- Provide regular updates regarding lead status and sales performance.




- Maintain professional communication and represent the institute positively.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, counselling, inside sales, or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
- Robust follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to maintain lead records and follow up systematically.
