About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, SEO strategy, analytics, reporting, and client management.

The candidate should have experience working with international clients and be comfortable managing multiple SEO projects while coordinating with internal team members and handling junior SEO executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies based on client goals and target markets.

- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and content gap analysis.

- Manage and implement on-page SEO activities including title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, URL optimization, internal linking, image optimization, schema markup, and content optimization.

- Handle technical SEO activities including website audits, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, and other technical SEO issues.

- Plan and manage off-page SEO strategies including link building, digital PR, outreach, citations, guest posting, and backlink profile management.

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other important SEO KPIs.

- Analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and other SEO platforms to identify opportunities and issues.





- Conduct regular SEO audits and create actionable recommendations.

- Develop monthly SEO strategies and execution plans for assigned clients.

- Prepare and maintain client SEO reports and communicate performance, achievements, challenges, and next steps.

- Work closely with content writers, developers, designers, PPC teams, and other internal departments to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented correctly.

- Manage and mentor SEO executives and junior team members.

- Review the team's work, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO industry changes, AI search, AEO/GEO developments, and emerging SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.

- Robust knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

- Experience working with international clients and international target markets.

- Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and SEO best practices.

- Excellent keyword research and competitor analysis skills.

- Practical experience with technical SEO audits and website optimization.

- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

- Understanding of Google Business Profile and Local SEO is an advantage.

- Good understanding of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.





- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong client communication and reporting skills.

- Previous experience managing or mentoring an SEO team.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US, UK, Canadian, Australian, or other international markets.

- Experience with eCommerce SEO, SaaS SEO, Local SEO, and/or lead-generation websites.

- Knowledge of AI search optimization, AEO, GEO, and optimization for AI-powered search platforms.

- Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
