Job Summary:
We are looking for a Simulator Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of driving simulators and related systems. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites for service and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and configure driving simulator systems at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of simulator equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Conduct onsite service, repair, testing, and calibration activities.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal technical and R&D; teams for complex issues.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance reports, and customer documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service activities.
- Handle simulator shifting, installation, dismantling, and re-installation when required.
- Maintain service records and spare-parts requirements.
- Follow company safety procedures and customer site requirements.

Travel Requirement:

- Willingness to travel extensively is mandatory.




- Frequent travel to customer sites, RTOs, project locations, and other locations across Tamil Nadu and other states in India may be required.
- Candidates should be comfortable with short-term and extended onsite assignments based on project/service requirements.

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automobile, or related engineering discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered, depending on technical skills.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and computer hardware.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.
