Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager with a fintech background and a proven ability to harness AI tools and workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and quality. This is not a traditional PM role—our ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and tech-savvy, capable of leading cross-functional teams (design, backend, frontend, QA) while leveraging AI to accelerate outcomes and reduce overhead.

The successful candidate will act as the connective tissue across teams,



ensuring projects are executed with precision, aligned with client needs, and infused with forward-thinking approaches. Just as importantly, this person will be someone the entire team values, respects, and gels with—a leader who brings energy, clarity, and innovation into every engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech projects, from scoping and planning to execution and client alignment.
- Use AI-driven project management and productivity tools to track progress, anticipate risks, and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure efficient use of AI-based development, testing, and prototyping platforms.
- Translate client vision into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and creativity, encouraging teams to adopt modern AI-enhanced practices.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, building strong relationships through clear communication, reliability, and insight.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality, while continuously seeking process improvements.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in project management,



with at least 3+ years in fintech (banking, payments, trading platforms, or related).
- Demonstrated experience with AI-enhanced project management and development tools (e.g., ClickUp AI, Jira AI, GitHub Copilot, AI QA testing platforms, AI-powered prototyping).
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams across design, backend, frontend, and QA.
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with evolving requirements.
- A track record of introducing innovation and process efficiency to complex projects.
