- 6 Months – 8 Years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of the Indian IT recruitment market.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Positive knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Angular, React, QA, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
