Logiware Supply Chain Solutions is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with 3– 4 years of experience warehouse operations & stock management, preferably in a 3PL/Warehouse Operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound, receiving, unloading, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Allocate manpower and work assignments based on daily operational requirements.
- Monitor the performance and productivity of warehouse operators and helpers.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, stacking, and location management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate and monitor GRN, stock movement, picking, dispatch, and shipment documentation.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required turnaround time.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse team,



and internal departments for smooth material movement.
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, excesses, and operational issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, 5S, housekeeping, and warehouse discipline.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational priorities
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Candidates with 3PL warehouse experience will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS/ERP.
- Experience handling warehouse operators, helpers, inventory, and dispatch operations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
