Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Experience : Senior Merchandiser: 10 + years | PD Merchandiser: 3- 5 years

Salary : 35000 - 60000 per month

Key Responsibilities

· Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and textile packaging materials from reliable suppliers and vendors.

· Develop, evaluate, and maintain solid relationships with domestic suppliers and business partners.

· Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, accessories, and packaging materials.

· Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials as per production schedules.

· Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers while maintaining long-term business relationships.

· Coordinate with Merchandising,



Product Development, Production, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of home textiles, fabrics, garment construction, textile packaging, trims, and accessories.

· Good understanding of fabric sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier management.

· Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.

· Strong follow-up, planning, and coordination abilities.

· Good understanding of production planning and material requirement management.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

· Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
