Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to manage sales inquiries and coordinate bookings for our resorts and homestays. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have an interest in hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and share complete information about our properties.
- Support customers with booking assistance, availability checks, and pricing details.
- Follow up on potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Accurately maintain booking records and update reservation systems.
- Deliver polite, professional, and helpful customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Skills & Qualifications

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.




- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with booking or reservation systems is an advantage.
- Quick learner with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
