Service Driver – BMW Dealership

Job Purpose

To support the Service Department by safely and professionally driving, moving, parking, picking up and delivering customer vehicles while maintaining BMW’s premium customer experience and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely drive and handle customer vehicles, including premium/luxury vehicles.
- Move vehicles between the service reception, workshop, parking area, washing area and delivery bay.
- Assist Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers with smooth vehicle movement.
- Support customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off as authorized by the dealership.
- Conduct a basic vehicle walk-around before movement and report any existing damage or unusual condition.
- Ensure vehicle keys, documents and customer belongings are handled responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during movement and use seat covers, floor mats and steering protection as required.
- Park vehicles systematically and maintain proper vehicle movement within the dealership premises.
- Assist in preparing vehicles for customer delivery after service completion.
- Follow all traffic rules, dealership safety procedures and BMW service processes.
- Immediately report any accident, damage, vehicle issue or safety concern to the Service Manager.
- Maintain the required driving records, vehicle movement details and delivery/pick-up documentation.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers during vehicle pick-up/drop-off.




- Maintain professional grooming, uniform and personal hygiene standards.
- Support other Aftersales activities as assigned by the Service Manager.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Experience: 2–5 years of driving experience; experience in an automobile dealership/premium car segment preferred.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic rules.
- Experience driving automatic and premium/luxury vehicles will be an advantage.
- Clean and responsible driving record.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional, punctual, disciplined and trustworthy.
- Willingness to work in a workshop/dealership environment.

This role structure reflects common dealership service-driver responsibilities such as vehicle movement, valet/pick-up and delivery support, customer interaction, safety, and vehicle protection.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
