- Facility Operations: Supervise daily electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to prevent critical disruptions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Design and run scheduled inspection routines for building infrastructure and utility equipment.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and direct in-house technicians and workers.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health, fire, and regulatory safety standards (such as local statutory norms or NABH guidelines).
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with outside contractors and handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Budget & Inventory: Track department expenses, negotiate supplier costs, and keep spare parts stocked
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
