Production Chef / Head Chef – Premium Mithai

About Us: TrueTastely Melava is a premium functional mithai startup based in Pune. We are looking for a dedicated team member who wants to grow with the company and be part of our long-term journey.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare premium functional mithai as per SOPs and standardized recipes.

Work with Melava premixes and follow the production process accurately.Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance and quality.Ensure hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times.

Plan and execute daily production as per order requirements.

Guide and supervise the Production Assistant.

Minimize wastage and maintain production records.

Coordinate with the Founder for production planning and quality checks.

Candidate Requirements Experience in mithai production.

Willing to work in a startup setting.Honest, trustworthy and responsible.Consistent performer with attention to detail.

Willing to learn and follow SOPs.

All required training will be provided by the company.

Position 2: Production Assistant / Assistant Chef

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in daily production.Prepare ingredients and premixes as instructed.

Support shaping,



finishing and packing of products.

Carry out labelling and packaging of finished products.

Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.

Follow hygiene and food safety practices.

Assist in weighing ingredients and inventory handling.

Support production and dispatch activities.

In the absence of the Head Chef, prepare the mithai as per SOPs and company standards.

Candidate RequirementsExperience in food production or mithaiHonest, trustworthy and disciplined.

Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Consistent performer with a positive attitude.

A positive attitude, willingness to follow SOPs and commitment to quality are more important to us than extensive experience. All required training will be provided by the company, and selected candidates must be willing to sign an NDA before joining.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- minimum: 4 years (Preferred)
