We’re hiring immediately. TechfordAI is looking for a Senior ERPNext (Frappe/Python) Developer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

- Develop, customize, and maintain Frappe applications
- Build and modify custom DocTypes, Reports, Print Formats, Workflows, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts
- Develop server-side applications using Python and the Frappe Framework
- Design and implement custom Frappe modules and business applications
- Integrate Frappe with third-party systems (ATS, biometric attendance, payment gateways, WPS, REST APIs)
- Troubleshoot functional, technical, and performance issues
- Optimize performance, database queries, and server resources
- Gather and implement business requirements with functional consultants and clients
- Support ERP implementation, migration, customization, training, and go-live
- Configure and manage Multi-Company and Multi-Currency environments
- Support VAT compliance, WPS payroll, and other GCC-region requirements
- Manage deployments on Linux-based servers
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment records

What You Bring

- Strong hands-on ERPNext + Frappe Framework experience
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL




- MariaDB/MySQL administration and optimization
- Linux server administration and deployment
- REST API and third-party integration experience
- Solid grasp of ERP processes: HR, Payroll, Recruitment, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects
- Experience with Multi-Company/Multi-Currency setups
- Git/version control
- Strong communication (English) and client-facing skills, especially with UAE/Saudi/GCC clients

Nice to Have

- Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field
- ERPNext/Frappe certification l
- Full-cycle ERP implementation experience
- Docker, Bench, Nginx, cloud hosting experience
