Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Apriso within Manufacturing Execution Systems to support and enhance MES solutions

Job Description

Utilize expertise in Apriso to support manufacturing execution systems and improve operational efficiency Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand and translate manufacturing requirements into technical solutions Develop and maintain Apriso interfaces and integrations with other enterprise systems Analyze and troubleshoot Apriso platform issues to ensure system stability and performance Prepare technical design documents and assist in user acceptance testing Support deployment release management and configuration activities related to Apriso implementations Stay updated with latest Apriso features and best practices to continuously improve MES solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement and configure Apriso modules such as Process Builder Dispatching Global Process Manager Performance Management and Quality Management Participate in endtoend Apriso implementation projects ensuring adherence to best practices Integrate Apriso with other systems including SAP MES PLM and Kafka to enable seamless data flow Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members and stakeholders Develop reusable templates and solutions to reduce timetovalue for MES projects Collaborate with manufacturing operations teams to ensure MES solutions align with production planning scheduling maintenance and quality control processes Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for Aprisorelated issues Communicate effectively with customers and partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions
